Cliff Sentell brings strong leadership skills, technical expertise and a passion for healthcare to his role of Chief Technology Officer for Compass Professional Health Services. He co-founded Compass with Scott Schoenvogel and Eric Bricker, MD in 2005 to change how healthcare is delivered to improve employee health and eliminate waste in the healthcare system. He pioneered Compass’ groundbreaking healthcare decision support and pricing transparency platforms, and continues to develop new products and services to meet the needs of employers and their employees. Prior to joining Compass, Cliff led the technology team responsible for customer service and retention at Synapse Group, a subsidiary of Time Warner Inc. While at Synapse, his team was responsible for designing and developing products that generated $50 million in increased profitability. As a result of their efforts, Cliff and his team were awarded Time Inc.’s President’s Award, the highest award among the 15,000 employees in the company. Cliff is a graduate of Duke University, where he received a B.S. in mechanical engineering.
