Commissions and Rewards
Compass offers licensed brokers the opportunity to earn commissions when they refer clients to Compass. These commissions repeat each year the referred member remains a paid subscriber of Compass support services. For non-licensed professionals and other individuals, Compass offers a very similar Rewards Program. Specific commission opportunities for individual and family memberships, are available in our
Commission Statement (pdf).
The registration process for brokers and the Rewards program is the same. First, go to our
registration page and request a unique promotion code. Clients should use this code when registering online for a Compass membership. Use of the promotion code will give your clients two month's free on their first year's membership and will let us know that you have earned a commission. All commissions are paid approximately 30 days after the member fee has been received.

Compass True North Plan Analysis
Compass knows that many Mid-Market to Small Group brokers do not have the data analysis and decision making tools to compete with larger brokerage institutions or consulting houses. This is why Compass created its suite of True North Plan Analysis tools to assist brokers with identifying cost effective and consumer oriented plan designs.
